New 💄Makeup Products I’m Loving♥️

Hey blog peeps, welcome back to my blog. Or if you are new here, I’d like to personally welcome you to the randomness. I hope you stay awhile and maybe even subscribe. I pretty much post whenever I feel like it with absolutely no consistency whatsoever and my content is really sub-par, but I can guarantee you a laugh or two at least, so stay awhile and you wont be dissappointed 😜

Today’s post is all about my new beauty products I have recently tried that I absolutely adore. Some of these are soooo old news to some of you beauty obsessed people, I know.  But I’m just now finally trying them.

Side note: after watching a few YouTube videos recently I was bummed to find that some of these products have received mixed reviews from the beauty vloggers I follow. Then the vloggers that gave rave reviews, well lets just say it was obvious they were all doing sponsored posts so who knows if they were really being 100% totally honest about the products.

To be absolutely clear again, these aren’t NEW products they are just new to me products. I like to wait until the hype dies down on brand new products before I jump on the bandwagon.

So let us begin…

1) Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance eyeshadow palette

Where has this been my whole life?  These colors are amazing and blend sooo well. You can create so many eye looks both natural and dramatic and although everyone was obsessed with this palette during the fall, I think it’s a great year round palette, even for Spring and I’m glad I finally purchased it.

2) Fiona Stiles Mistake Free Makeup Multidimensional Color Palette (Blush/Bronzer/highlighter palette)

Yes!!!  I had never tried any Fiona Stiles makeup before and found all Fiona Stiles makeup was recently on sale at Ulta for 50% off (if you hurry you can get some too at the discounted price!) so I decided it was the perfect time to try it. This face palette is so awesome. It blends really well and even if you mess up, like accidentally put on too much Bronzer (oh the tragedy…it’s happened to me one to many times) you can easily fix it. It looks very natural on my skin and every time I have used it I have gotten so many compliments on my makeup. Totally worth it and a new go to for me.   I love it so much I’m obsessing over her highlighting palette now and may grab that too while it’s 50% off (fingers crossed our Ulta has it in stock!)

3) YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick in shade 10

A little pricey but so moisturizing. It exceeded my expectations and I’m glad I bought it. It’s the perfect everyday nude shade for me as well. I would totally buy more shades if it wasn’t so expensive. It glides on your lips like butta baby! It makes my lips feel so smooth and moisturized and not like I’m even wearing a lipstick at all but without being so sheer there isn’t any color payoff if that makes any sense whatsoever?

4) Milani Amore Matte Lip Cream (10-Adorable, 12-Prismatic Touch (Metallic), 11-Precious)

These are so awesome and smell like vanilla!  So many of my liquid lip products have a gross smell or taste. But these feel like I’m rubbing vanilla goodness all over my lips in beautiful nude shades and I love it. I have already purchase three of them because of this. These have been my go to here recently.  I’m obsessed with the nude shades but really want to try some of the brighter/darker shades now that it’s spring time.  Hot pink lips?  Yes please!

5) Tarte Shape Tape Concealer (fair)

So glad I finally was able to grab a shade that works for me.  Every time I’ve tried to purchase this it was sold out in my color(s).  Now that I have it, I can honestly say it really does live up to the hype. Very Brightening and does not crease at all. I think I will be using this instead of the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer I used to be obsessed with for the time being.

6) Milani Powder Blush (01-Romantic Rose)

Awesome quality for drug store and a beautiful color. Very impressed and had never tried their blushes before. A great day to day product. Very buttery smooth and pigmented but not overly pigmented like Makeup Geek blushes.

7) Fiona Stiles Ultimate Lash Icon Mascara (Carbon Canyon-Black)

This is really good and worth the $8 I paid for it, but I wouldn’t say it’s my all time favorite as it does take me at least three full coats plus my base coat of a lengthening mascara to get the effect I usually get with my absolute favorite mascara (Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir). Since I only paid $8 (regularly priced at $16) I can’t complain too much and I don’t regret the purchase, overall it’s not bad, it is a good consistency and the brush is pretty good.

So that it. That’s what I’ve purchased recently that I’m liking. I have to say though, basic and predictable aside, these products are working so well for me right now and I just had to share them with y’all.
What are some new to you products you are trying and loving right now?  Leave a comment below so I can check them out!  You know, cause I totally need more makeup.  LOL! 🙂

Until next time,

💋 Crazy Jess
